This Privacy Policy explains how HotRossPlay (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles personal information when you visit hotrossplay.com (the “Site”). HotRossPlay is an independent editorial site analysing Hot Ross by Hacksaw Gaming and Canadian-facing online casinos that offer it.   • A session cookie to remember whether you have dismissed the bonus pop-up notification.
  • Analytics cookies (if Google Analytics or a privacy-respecting alternative is active) to count page views and understand site usage in aggregate.
  • Affiliate tracking cookies set by third-party casino partners when you click an outbound /go/ link.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The Site will continue to function with cookies disabled, though the bonus pop-up may reappear on each visit.

  • Web analytics (if active) — aggregated visit data.

We do not control the privacy practices of third-party services. Review the linked operators’ privacy policies before depositing.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

HotRossPlay earns affiliate commission when visitors click through to partner casinos via /go/ links and subsequently register an account or place a real-money wager. This commission is paid by the casino, not by you, and does not affect the price of any service you use. 6. Data Retention

Server access logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes, then deleted. Email correspondence is retained as long as the conversation is operationally relevant, typically up to 24 months. Aggregated analytics data is retained indefinitely in non-personal form.

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, GDPR, you have the following rights regarding personal information we hold about you:

  • Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.

  • Complaint — lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) if you believe we have mishandled your information.

8. International Transfers

The Site is hosted on infrastructure that may store data in Canada, the United States, or the European Union. By using the Site, you consent to your data being processed in these regions under their respective data protection regimes.

We use HTTPS for all Site traffic and follow industry-standard practices for the limited data we hold. No internet transmission is fully secure — if you believe an account or communication has been compromised, contact us immediately.

10. Children
